Is there any way to get word to display page spreads?

Full screen reading mode displays two pages but shows the odd page on
the left.

's Computer Specifications

If you have enabled either "Different odd and even" or "Mirror margins,"
Print Preview (set for "Two Pages") will display a correct page spread.
