A link to the site map would help to see what is going on - your description
is not sufficient.
Using guesswork - run Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks and see if that helps.
Look at View->Reports->Problems->Hyperlinks and try to spot the problem
link there - this report will also show which page(s) the link is on.
