Outlook wont send/receive unless I click send/receive

When I send a mail, it goes directly into outbox then have to send again

You've told us nothing. If you want an answer, you would need to provide
your Outlook version, connection type, mail account type and automatic
Send/Receive settings.

's Computer Specifications

Click on Tools > Options > Mail Setup tab. Verify the "Send immediately when
connected" is enabled.
