Cached mode? Any errors in the sync logs for same?
Anyone else having problems?
Have you tried deleting/re-creating his mail profile entirely?
PS: re "folderized", remember: Verbing Wierds Language. Why not "...all the
email he has moved or deleted" ?
Isn't there enough jargon in this industry already? ;-)
