I have a user where about every 2 weeks, all the mail he has folderized
/ deleted keeps on returing to his inbox. I have a sus****ion that this
is caused by a faulty profile. If anyone can shed light on this, it
would be great.

A little about my enviornment:

Outlook 2003
Exchange 2003 Enterprise
He is a blackberry user / We have Blackberry Enterprise Server.

Cached mode? Any errors in the sync logs for same?
Anyone else having problems?
Have you tried deleting/re-creating his mail profile entirely?

PS: re "folderized", remember: Verbing Wierds Language. Why not "...all the
email he has moved or deleted" ?
Isn't there enough jargon in this industry already? ;-)
