Outlook should have a drop down menu for important dates

Outlook needs a drop down menu for each contact, this would list dates to
remember ie; birthday, anniversary, childrens names and their birthdays,
wife/husband's name etc. This would help in remembering family, friends and
business contacts special dates....and I would also like this to be connected
to a web site that would suggest the appropriate greeting.

I am using the 2003 verision.
