Outlook prints out very small text when printing

When I have text in a email string (for example a disclaimer) that does not
rap to the next line like the other text in the email. When I go to print,
it prints out in very small print. I know this is happening because of the
line of text that does not "rap" to the next line. But how can I fix it with
I go to print?

Someone told me to go to "page setup" and uncheck "shrink-to-fit" but this
is not an option for me.

Thoughts?

thank you

All you need to do is open Internet Explorer and go to "page setup" and
uncheck "shrink-to-fit"
