It looks like Outlook uses the system account or some other account rather
than the logged in user. I have a firewall that check authentication and
unless I allowed all users access to the POP and SMTP protocol ports, it
would not work, but express did work.
In short, check your firewall, make sure all users have access to the POP
and SMTP protocol ports.
Perhaps an MS techniccian can shed some further light to this problem????
I'd hate to leave these ports open on my firewall.
