In Outlook Express "Reply" popup "an error has occurred"

When I installed Office Pro 2003 Enterprise edition 2003 Application Student
Media, Outlook Express is not completely functional. I receive mail here,
but cannot reply or forward or access address book. Yet I can do all these
functions in Outlook.
