There's no built-in connection between two, but you can automate SharePoint with code behind Outlook forms.

You can attach documents to an Outlook Message, sent it to a public
folder, a SharePoint process can be scheduled to look in the folder and
copy all attachments to its designated SharePoint document library.
The message holding the attachment does not get pulled into the doclib.
