I share my calender with multiple users and have no problems, what i would
like to know is it possible for another user to copy my calender rather than
just view, or is there another way of them having the calender appointments
from my calender, to come up in there outlook TO DO Column as a reminder.

They can copy your appointments to their calendar - that is the only way
they will show on the to-do bar.
