What version of Outlook? Are you using portrait or landscape? Do the times
show in the onscreen calendar?

outlook prints what you see on the screen - so if the details and times
aren't on screen, they won't be in the printout. Right click on the
calendar and choose other settings - make sure you are showing times. Make
sure the window is large enough so you can see the times onscreen. Then try
it.
