I am a MS SBA/Bus Contact Manager user and have encountered 2 different bugs
in BCM:
1) The update of BCM from SBA does not work systematically as advertised (I
have reported this already and confirmed with Tech Support that this did not
work as indicated in the MS literature
2) New finding: Cannot connect Account Name to Contact in ANYTHING OTHER
than Contact by State or Contact by Status (all other (modified) views do not
pick up account). I think this is a query fluke with conflicting
(Groupings). We often have someone call us and leave message with order, but
they don't tell us their company name!
