Outlook Annual Calendar

In Outlook 2002, you were able to view an "annual calendar". That is, you can
view the calendar as all the months on one page. However, in Outlook 2003,
this does not seem to be possible. I can only get daily, weekly and monthly
views....but no annual views. I don't see why Microsoft would take away
functionality in a new release so there has to be a way to do it...but it
seems to be hidden or something because I can't find it! Does anyone know how
I can view the entire year in Outlook 2003?
