Hi

I have some users running Outlook 2007 on Ex2K3 Calendar. when sharing their
calendar using the calendar sharing invitatrion some users can't open other
users calendar even they should have the right. Access denied.

How can I solve this?

They are making the others delegates? (Should only do this if they are truly
delegates. Give direct permission on the calendar folder only otherwise.)

Did you verify the permissions are correct on the calendar folders?
