My address book and contacts folder do not match. When I compose an email and
click on "To", there are address's missing. If I click on Contacts,
everything is there. How can I get my address book to update from the
Contacts list?

Provide the necessary information. We have no idea what steps you used to to
display information other than what is contained in your Contacts Folder.
Only you could know that. Outlook doesn't do that. End users do.

Russ,
Why do you have to be so rude every time you reply to someones posts? I
searched the forum and every time you post something, you act like everyone
else is an idiot. I'm sure you need help with things from time to time and if
you were on the other side, I'm sure you wouldn't like being talked to in
that way. Just remember one thing: Karma.

Why would you prevail upon our time without providing any information? What
does that have to do with Karma?

Karma means that sooner or later, someone will treat you the same way you
treat people here.

People come here to get help with problems, instead we are belitlted by you.
I also provide cusotmer support in our business, and the number one rule is
to always treat people with respect and don't belittle them because not
everyone knows everything. You are also taught that no question is a stupid
question. People only provide or describe information base upon their own
experience with the product. Obviously when people come here looking for
help, we are not experts. Yes as a support person, it seems you answer the
same questions over and over, but you need to realize that just becasue it's
repitituous to you, it's not to the person who is asking the question. If we
all knew the answers, we would not be here looking for help. I work in the
heating and air conditioning business and I'm sure that if you needed my
help, I'm sure I could make you feel (not sure what correct word to use
here), "Inadiquate" (knowledge wise) because, yes I deal with HVAC everyday
and what seems to be common sense to me, isn't necessarily common sense to
the person needing my help. All I'm saying, is treat people the way you
would like to be treated.

All I did was ask you for information on your problem so we could try to
help.

What does karma have to do with your Contacts question?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
ALWAYS post your Outlook version.
How to ask a question: http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375

After furious head scratching, Brian asked:
