Outlook 2003: TreeView with custom Tooltips on custom post form

I'm looking for a possibility to show custom tooltips on every node of a
TreeView control. I think, it's not possible with the "normal" TreeView
control (because the only event supported by controls on an Outlook form
is the Click event).
