Outlook 2003 Screen font very very small. How to fix?

=?Utf-8?B?Um95YW5keQ==?=

I hit some key on my PC and the note section of Outlook 2003 font is now very
very small. 1 page of text now takes up about 5mm by 8mm only on the screen.
print outs are normal size.
