I have a user that is experiencing a problem with his Reading Pane. During
the course of the day, the top white space of the reading pane grows and move
the viewing area of text including the scroll bar to the point, the viewing
area is too small to scroll through and read. He then has to close and reopen
Outlook to reset the reading pane. Is there a way to fix? I already have ran
and detect and repair and even performed an uninstall and reinstall.

The next step that I had in mind was to rebuild his user profile on his
machine.

If anybody has any suggestions, it would be appreciated.

Bruce

Have you checked for an updated video card?

does it happen with all folders or just the inbox?
