I have a user who has random parts of some of his emails go up in font size
(10-12) for a paragraph or so and then back to normal.

I cannot find the cause but notice in the HTML of the email each section of
problem text has <FONT size=+0> somewhere in it.

The only solution I could find was to create a Blank stationery for him to
use but that doesn't seem to have resolved this problem.

If any one has any information on this I would be really grateful.

I'm also seeing this issue, random users reporting occasional e-mail they send has suffered font changes when they look at the copy in their Sent Items.

If I save one of the messages to HTML and view it I can see a <Font size=+0> command at the start of the paragraph that goes wrong. Then mid paragraph I see a </Font> command which I guess returns the font used for the rest of the text to previous or default size?

My users are on MS Office 2003 SP2, running Exchange 2003 SP2.

Google searching reveals plent of other people experiencing similar, some posts dating back to 2005! Some seem to have narrowed the problem down to particualr MS Patches or AV software plugins (we're running McAfee by the way).

Just wondering if Dave or anybody else has knowledge or fix for this problem?
