Outlook 2003 and Connector can't add/remove email accounts

OK, so I downloaded the connector for 2 reasons:-
1) to sync my outlook calendar with my windows live account
and
2) to access my hotmail.co.uk email from outlook

This part worked, but it duplicated my original hotmail.com account, and now
I can't remove the extra account, not can I access my pop emails from my isp
or another web-based email account

I've uninstalled and reinstalled both Office 2003 and the connector, but no
joy.

Help! Please!

Thanks in advance

How did you connect to your hotmail account before?

Close outlook. Go to Control panel, mail and make a new profile (you can
keep the old one for now). Add the POP account and then the connector
account and reopen Outlook using the new profile. Does it work correctly?

See http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/profile/profile.htm - add the pop3
account. Test it. Then go to tools, accounts in Outlook and add the live
acct.
