We use a public calendar to schedule conference rooms. One user i
seeing times that dont match.

One instance she created a reservation that she thought started a
10am. When others looked at the calendar they saw that it started a
1pm.

Her clock is correct.
Anyone have any ideas.

thanks
Jos

Even though her clock is correctly set, does she have the
time zone correctly set in Tools|Options|Calendar|Time
Zone? It sounds like she has her outlook defined in a
different time zone than others. Outlook makes
adjustments when coordinating between users in different
time zones. In other words if her time zone were defined
and GMT - 6hours and others were on GMT - 3 hours, the
kind of behavior you are describing could occur.
