I am using a another internet provider high speed cable with a router and
modeum.

When I use my att email address in 0utlook 2000 sometimes it will work and
sometimes it will not work.

But my att email address will always work in outlook express 6 with no
problems.

My cable internet provider email address always works in both programs .

I need my att address to work in outlook 2000.

Can anybody help?

Contact ATT for assistance, or see their website for their FAQs.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Charles asked:

You will GET help using their on-line instructions for how to use their
email. No one here knows how to do it - it is ATT's problem for which they
provide instructions and a news group to answer questions or get more
personal assistance.
