hi has anyone else had problems with outlook 2000 after
loading the fax, my system freezes up every time i start
up, i now have to re-load outlook every time, and
microsoft do not seem to want to assist me, can anyone
suggest a way in whitch i can fix the problem?.

Please provide more details as to the software being used, what is meant by
'loading the fax'. With those details, it will be easier to troubleshoot the
problem.
