Hello,

I'm the Desktop Administrator of a Public Library System in Indiana.
We are using MS Outlook 2003 at the Client Level, along with MS
Exchange 2003 on the server and a Webmail Client as well for people
that need to travel to conventions or to different branches. We are
having an issue with 1 user where the messages come in fine to her
Webmail Client just fine, but sporadically the messages come in and/or
don't come in. The count isn't the same and there doesn't appear to be
any consistencies or noticable patterns with it. She uses her office
pc, children's reference PC and one other pc where her MS Outlook
profile is setup. We are at a stage where we're tempted to delete her
profile on the Local PCs and start over there.

Any suggestions or helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Has
anyone seen anything like this before?
