Outllook 2002 Hylyperlinks when selected will not display the page

Using Microsoft Oulook 2002 on Windows Terminal servers SP3
When you open an email with an embedded Hyperlink it will not open when you
select the link if you refresh the browser then it will open?
Have tried this with a office 2000 terminal server & it works ok.

please help...
