All I've ever used were ASUS mobos. Now it looks like I'm going with the
Gigabyte GA-7NNXP. The main reason is that it supports both the RAID 0 for
SATA & PATA. (4 of my computers will still be running on ASUS)

My question is, does anyone know of newsgroups and websites that are
primarily concerned with Gigabyte boards. There are plenty for ASUS
resources that have been very helpful. My quick searches showed very little.

Any help is appreciated.

There's a reason there aren't any Gigabyte Newsgroups. The Asus is a much
better board and has FAR more users.

The newsgroups are:
1. alt.comp.periphs.mainboard.gigabyte
2. alt.comp.periphs.mainboard.giga-byte

They all talk about Gigabyte boards, though sometimes about Asus too.
I have both Asus and Gigabyte 8IK1100 ( the first ever Gigabyte ).
It seems stable too, though somewhat a bit slower at POST screen.
