OS X Panther Client is disconnected from Windows Server 2003

The above event seems to happen regardless of whether I am logged in
under AFP or SMB. I can find no info on idle disconnects for
W3Kserver.

I suspect the issue may be more related to OS X, as this symptom does
not present itself on on OS9.1 box. Welcome any input to resolve.
