I have succesfully (once) ordered some phots online, but
now I can't make it work. As soon as I select some
pictures, the "Order prints online" vanishes from Picture
Tasks and nothing I do will bring it back.
Also, when I open the "order prints online" it tells me I
have selected 0 pictures from 0 - but it won't allow me
to drag a folder in. It says "The source name and the
destination name files are the same".
I'm sure this must be simple, but I'm foxed. Can anyone
help?

It sounds as if you need to re-register the DLL. Try doing the following.

Close My Pictures.
Start - Run - regsvr32 %windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll
Go into My Pictures and try again.

I think it can be done in an easier way for a novice.

Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press Enter.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...

Your way of doing it will certainly work, but I am always afraid of missing
something with these %\ and always wondering if there is a space here or
there and if dll is the letter d followed by the number 1 or the letter l.
