Does anyone have a clue as to why I can no longer access my website through
front page? I had to recover my computer system, and reload front page, now I
cannot sign in. I can sign into my control panel on my domain, check my mail
etc, front page extensions are installed, I am at a loss. I have never
experienced this problem before, it just won't recognize my user name and
password. Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Open your site in IE, then use File Menu | Edit with FP and see it that works.

I tried that also, it keeps saying I don't have permission. I went into the
network connections and the firewall is not checked. Is there maybe a
firewall or security setting I am missing? Thanks!

Can you add a second admin user from your control panel? Then try to access with that see if that works.

Can someone please help me, I cannot work on my site and it is killing my
business. Whenever I try to open my site through front page it says I don't
have permission and can open it in read only. My host says all extensions
are installed and everything is fine on their end. I can open it through
cute ftp. I am desperate! Thanks! Sindee

Extensions may be installed but they may be broken. Did you ask them to reinstall or repair the extensions?

You can also ask them to reset your login/password too.
'Open it in read only'...kinda sounds like a permissions problem.
