Opening Tiff files Outside of IE (With Wang Imaging)

I am trying to open a tiff file on XP. It will open within Internet
Explorer and not open in the application, Wang Imagining. We don't want to
use the Windows Print and Fax Viewer that comes with XP. We tried to delete
the file associations, but it still opens withing IE.

Disable Picture and Fax Viewer
Start/Run: regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll
