Opening bodycontent without rightclicking to approve download-content

I am sorry to have posted this maik in outlook-group, but think it was the
wrong forum. Here it goes again:

I wonder how I can see the body on an email with html-content without
rightclicking to avoid the 'download images' message?
My PC has this option enabled, but when I receive emails with html-content
from some senders I don't have to rightclick, the content in the body is
shown automatically.
I actually need this from an OLE-automated sequence from Access where I send
an email from Access with Outlook as email-client and the body contains
html.
