Open query from button on form and apply current form filter to it

Hi,

I need to ultimately export the found information in the filter to a
..dbf which can then be used for mail merges.

I have thought that i can create a query with the info needed and use
the TransferDatabase method to export to .DBF.

This works but it does it for all records in the query. I only want to
display the records which have been filtered using the filter by form.
How would I do this?
