I have Exchange server 2003 (just migrated from SendMail-not familiar with
Exchange, yet) with Outlook 2003. Situation: I have public e-mail for
technical and my tech1 and tech2 need to be checking this e-mails. I have
set up user tech1 and tech2 and gave the permission to the technical e-mail.
They can switch profiles and open technical e-mails, what I need is for them
open their tech1 / tech2 e-mails and have technical e-mail (as dropdown)
automatically logged in with out switching profiles. Is it possible?

Sounds like you need to have your email server redirect the technical
emails to both tech1 and tech2.

This is a BCM newsgroup. You should try your question on an Exchange
newsgroup.
