I have a problem on a number of computers that have
windows 2000. These machines continuously crash when they
shutdown giving a blue screen. I found the problem on the
knowledge base article 195857. Basically the problem lies
with an application not closing registry keys. How do I
find out which application this would be so I can fix the
problem?
