One thin green verticle line...

That's what I have sticking out like a sore thumb. It just popped up out of
the green Is this a physical problem or is there a way to adjust the
monitor?

Toshiba Qosimo - laptop
Have NVIDIA GeForce Go 6600 Display - resolution 1440 by 900 pixels - colour
32 bit
60 hertz

Troubleshooting declares that all is well

Hello,

If it occurs even in the bootup screen (where the Toshiba logo is shown), it
is very likely a hardware problem and you will need to either replace the
LCD or display card.

The line is not present in that screen you mention - what do you suggest from
here?

Hello,

Try hooking the laptop to an external display. Does the vertical line show
up in the external monitor? If not, it is either the cable, connection or
LCD problem.
