Office Assistant Errors

I have installed, repaired, modified the office assistant
for Office 2000 on my Terminal Server and each time a user
logs in and opens any office program they get the
error "problem starting office assistant". I have
followed TID 221354 to the letter and still no
resolution. I am frustrated. Please help!!!!!!
