Office .adm files

When I add the .adm files from the ORKTools ( word9.adm,
excel9.adm, outlook9.adm ) there is no information in the
help or explain tab. What am I doing wrong / how do I get
that?

which version of office are you using? there might not be any explain
information for that version. Just open up the ADM file itself, and look for
sections that are labeled explain. The files are just plain text, so you
won't corrupt them.
