all numbers in the spreadsheet or all formulas in the spreadsheet?

A range name like XX1 which would have been OK in 2003 is invalid in 2007
because that is now a valid range within a spreadsheet. If this is the
problem Excel generally trys to deal with it but if it can't you may need to
do so yourself. Any range names beyond IV65536 will be illegal in 2007, for
example A100000, or XF10.
