Off-line folders from network share

I have set-up off-line folders to synch from a network share to a USER A's laptop. If a new subfolder is created on the Network share by User A, the folder synchs OK. If a new folder is created by USER B, say "FOLDERA" ,this folder does not automatically synch onto USER A's laptop

If you look at the subfolder in Windows Explorer it does not show the File Synch folder symbol

If USER A creates another subfolder under USER B's just created subfolder, say "SUBFOLDEROF FOLDERA" then the File Synch symbol appears on the new subfolder and on USER B's subfolder that it was previously missing from

Weird eh. Is this something that will be fixed by XP SP2
