How do I move ODBC coneections that I setup on one Windows
2000 machine to another?

This data is stored in the registry at:

System DSNs:
HKLM\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI
User DSNs:
HKCU\Software\ODBC\ODBC.INI

As indicated by the ".ini" ODBC is extremely old technology and should be
avoided if that applications support configuring an OLEDB connection
instead.
