NTFS permissions

Hello all,

Can someone please tell me the right NTFS permissions to give a user full
control to a folder and subfolders but only taking the right to delete away.
I deny the Delete permissions but the user now cannot rename a folder. Does
anyone know the right way to do it? Thanks,
