HI

I have 2000 Netowrk with single Domain. Every workstation
except a few are in 2000 professional.

I have setup Group policies in AD so that users doesn't
get to see the control panel or the network places.

My Group policies are not taking effect in my NT and 98
workstations.
How can i stop users on NT and 98 from Browsing the
network.

thank you

Group policy does not affect pre Win 2k computers. Use Poledit.

Similar situation here. You have to use poledit on the 2K
server and create a policy for the groups for NT. Add the
groups then double click them to see a list of policies
you can configure. Save it to the netlogon shared folder
on the 2K server as ntconfig.pol, I am not sure if this
will affect the 98 machines but it is a start.
