I habe a hardware where it is not possible to use EWF.
If I used it, there will be allways a bluescreen.
My question is how to make a cf card " write protect "
with the nt loader ?

"always" sounds unbelievable.
What BSOD you see?
What SP you are on?
Did you apply the latest EWF QFEs?

What connection is between "write protection" and NT Loader?
Do you concern about EWF Loader? If you use EWF RAM [Reg] mode you are not
required to use the EWF Loader but can use just the NT Loader.
