I am in the USA and I have purchased a new copy of Office Outlook 2007. It
will not install, error #1935. The error message reads:

An error occurred during the installation of assembly component
{97F81AF1-DE47-DC99-A01F-C83B9A1E18E} HRESULT:0x800700C1.

Whenever I attempt to go to any Microsoft Site for assistance the page comes
up in a language that is foreign to me. If I am able to figure out how to
get the page in English, any link I select on that page is again in a
foreign language.

Can someone tell me why Office Outlook will not install. Also, can anyone
tell me how to get the microsoft site in English. Thanks.

What operating system are you trying to install on? Also, what versions of
the NET Framework do you have installed?

On the language issue: is it the English Outlook and is the browser set for
English In IE, go to tools, internet options, general tab, languages.
English should be the only language or the one on top.
