Not being prompt

Hello Everyone,

Interesting one here. User has windows XP. The user is
trying to loggin to TSWEB and is not being prompted for
the username before hand where everyone else is. He gets
the TSweb page and then he just gets a VBScript Error. He
is the only one that is having this specific problem. Any
help would be great.

I imagine this user also has the latest IE updates on
their system, correct?

If so, then you need to update your TSWeb software....
