Norton Error Message

While using LiveUpdate, I get this message:
"LU1844: Coupled Groups aborted with no abort Text"
The capital letters are correct.
There is a link to click on for further info, but it only covers the LU1884
but not the message that follows it.

I am using Norton SystemWorks 2002 Pro and while trying to do a LiveUpdate,
the dl would not continue to the point to where it indicates whether an
update is available or not. Finally I chose the Cancel button and the screen
that says it may take several moments to disconnect the update came up. I
waited about 10 min before doing an End Task.
Since that time, I could no longer connect to the Internet and Navapw32
would come up as 'not responding'.
I finally uninstalled Zone Alarm and changed the settings in Norton
AntiVirus while in Safe Mode (enabling Auto Protect).
Now Norton seems to work just fine except while trying to use the LiveUpdate
feature and I get the Error Mentioned above.
If I reinstall ZA, "navapw32" again goes into 'not responding' and I can not
get on the Internet.
I again uninstalled ZA ,according to their 'complete' uninstall directions
Any ideas to correct this or should I just reinstall the anti-virus part of
SystemWorks?
I will most likely just reinstall, but I would like to find out what this
message means and if it is easily corrected other than a reinstall of
Norton.
PS: I can and did use the Intelligent Update feature to dl and install the
latest virus defs.
Thanks.

Well, after several uninstalls and reinstalls of NSW and ZA (including Finds
and Registry searches and deletions) I finally just tried to use the Repair
feature of IE6 and it now works without a hitch.
I hope this can help others.
