In peer-to-peer home workgroup network, to access from one computer a
printer or a file on another computer, do I need to set up a user acount
other then Administrator on each computer?

Depends on what you want to accomplish. If you don't want all users to be
able to have admin rights on folders, etc., on your--or their--computer,
don't give them admin rights and have them use regular user accounts. Create
all accounts on all computers identically.

I have the computers and all peples are supposed to access everything
without restriction.
So there is not security issues and I do not need any other then Admin
accounts.
However I have technical problems in accessing resources and someone heare
implied that I might have to login other then Admin to access the resources.

Make sure that the admin login name and password are identical on all
computers.

1. They are. BTW, is login name case sensitive?
2. Why should they be identical?

Logon name is not case sensitive, passwords are.

Generally a good idea to use limited accounts for normal day to day
activities. Use the secondary logon (runas) when you need to do
administrative tasks.

Thanks, Rob.
I appreciate the advantages of having limited accounts.
But my question was if accounts other then Administrator are necessary for
accessing files and printers.
I.e. could the fact that I have only Administrator account on each w2k, can
this be resonsible for me regularly getting errors like
The specified network name is nolonger available

or "Printer cannot be accessed" or "Unexpected network error" ?
