I just formatted my computer and decided to try out NOD32 instead of
AVG7Pro.

It installed fine however when I run update it says I am up to date
yet it is using virus definitions from 5th December 2004.

Is anyone else having problems updating NOD32 tonight or is it just an
issue with my install?

No problems here, in fact it did an update when I logged on this morning.

Well it updated (automatically) to the latest defs this morning so I
am guessing it was just a hicup on the update server

Not very uncommon with their servers, some can have several days old
definitions, while some have only hours old.
