no touch deployment CLR2.0 with a ? query string

We have several no touch deployment applications. We get an error if we
have a ? after the exe name

For example:

http://www.oursite.com/OurApp/OurApp.exe (this works)

http://www.oursite.com/OurApp/OurApp...omequerystring (this doesn't)

both worked fine in framework 1.1. Is this a known issue? We pass in
different parameters to our applications when we launch them using the query
string.
