No space left on 'D' drive but lots on 'C' drive

You'll need a 3rd party partitioning application to do this. BootIT NG works a treat. You can get it here: www.terabyteunlimited.com and download it for a 30 day fully functional trial, $35 to purchase.

My hard drive was seperated into two partitions when converting to Win XP
home edition. My 'C' partition has most of the space allocated to it.

Is thier any way i can assign more space to my "d' partition.?

Help would be greatfull.

There is no way to do this with native Windows functions. You
need a third-party program such as Partition Magic or BootIt Next
Generation.
